Jared is the founder and CEO of CIS Kenya. He is also a lead mediator at Tatua Center. He is a Certified Professional Mediator from Mediation Training Institute International. Jared has a vast experience in the Banking sector having worked as Bank Supervisor and Head of Policy at Central Bank of Kenya, Bank Statutory Manager/Liquidation Agent at KDIC and Financial Sector Specialist at World Bank and National Treasury.

Hannah is the Registrar and the lead mediator at Tatua Center. She has experience and competence in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) having handled a myriad of the workplace, industrial, family, and commercial disputes in her work and personal experience. She has had a successful career in the Banking sector including extensive experience with organizations facing debt stress. She has offered rigorous debt counseling and restructuring services to hundreds of corporate and individual borrowers and successfully implemented ADR mechanisms to bring about amicable settlement and resolution of disputes.

Anthony Njoroge

Deputy Registrar and Admin Officer

Anthony is the Deputy Registrar and administration officer at Tatua Centre. He is highly skilled in alternative dispute resolution having attained a diploma in Alternative Dispute Resolution from Alison. He also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Kenyatta University. He is proficient in administrative and supervisory tasks and possesses strong analytical abilities to effectively manage and oversee the resolution process resulting in successful outcomes for all parties involved in a dispute.
